The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Acroideation International Limited (ACRO) towards the actualisation of the Abia International Industrial City (ABIIC) project for Micro, Small and medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the promotion of appropriate business capacity enhancement activities. One of the cardinal objectives of this collaboration according to the Director General of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria SMEDAN Alhaji Bature Umar Masari was to provide a conducive durable and enabling environment for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as well as assisting them enhance and harness their creative potential in manufacturing, branding and marketing of their products both locally and internationally.Add a comment
As part of its statutory mandate of coordinating MSME activities in the country, the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) intends to Accredit/ Certify Business Development Service Providers in Nigeria.
This is part of its effort to create a robust and credible Enterprise Development Service (EDS) ecosystem in Nigeria especially in line with the National Enterprise Development Programme (NEDEP) objectives and in consonance with the decision of the National Council on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.Add a comment
